Tanners Mission Call

Tanner got his call in normal “ Joys world”... What does that mean you ask? Well if you know me you already know but if you don’t know me it means....

Most people just turn their papers in and just wait for the call to come in the mail, but not Tanner! (Joys world) He figured out a way to get his call a day early. He avoided the mail. One of his best friends was going into the MTC the next day (the day his call should have come in the mail) He wanted him there when he opened it. Well if Tanner wants something Tanner “WILL” get it.
(That is “Joys World”)
He managed to get it at 5:20pm and we opened it at 7:45pm. He climbed on the roof of our house to open it. He was so excited. I love that he got chocked up. We had about 70 friends and family in the front yard. It was perfect. What more could parents ask for? We are so proud of Tanner. He is going to be the best missionary, now if we could just get him to clean his room!

Get ready to “Grow your own Garden”
the easiest way possible!

When I had my quilt store I found that for some people, who had never quilted before, to start a quilt, they would be
overwhelmed in the first 2 steps.
( that was just picking colors and how much fabric they need, let alone knowing they had 20 more steps)
The same goes with gardening. If you have never gardened before it is just so hard to know where to start!

What kind of dirt (soil)? Do I need peat moss and what is peat moss anyway? How much water and sun do my plants need? and What grows best where I live?

So in “Joy Fashion”...I took the work out for you.

I am going to get it already for you. Like the quilts, you will have to do some work, but all the math, calculations, shopping and cutting will be done for you. You just show up and leave with your garden ready to grow.
With the times as tough as they are and only going to get harder this is a great way to save money and to gain the knowledge of becoming more self sufficient.
Gardening is one of the greatest “Joys.”
My goal is to eliminate the stress for you,
so you will love to garden.

At the quilt store I had MANY people come and tell me they couldn’t quilt. They would tell me they didn’t know how to sew... they didn’t know anything about quilting. I can’t think of one person who ever left my classes thinking they couldn’t quilt. In fact usually, the ones, who said they couldn’t sew or make a quilt were the ones who
loved it the most and made more than 3 quilts.
My gardening classes are going to be the same. You will leave full of confidence and ready to enjoy your summer veggies!

Over the next few weeks I will put together some prices and sizes.
